WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT?
Fund My Project uses a review process to help determine whether submitted projects are appropriate for potential participation within the Vision ecosystem.
The general journey may include:
1. Tell Us About Your Project
Clearly present your vision, goals, needs, plans, and expected impact.
2. Submit for Review
Complete the required project information and submit your application.
3. Project Review
The project may be reviewed for completeness, alignment, credibility, appropriate presentation, feasibility, and potential participation.

6. Build Support
Projects may connect with people, partners, volunteers, expertise, resources, services, or potential funding opportunities.
7. Report Progress

IMPORTANT
Approval does not mean guaranteed funding.
Approval means that a project has passed the applicable review stage and may become eligible for appropriate participation, visibility, connections, or opportunities within the developing ecosystem.
4. 🤝 CONNECT & PARTNER
A PROJECT MAY NEED MORE THAN MONEY
Funding can be important, but many successful projects also need relationships, knowledge, people, expertise, services, equipment, communication, and strategic partnerships.
Approved projects may create opportunities to connect with individuals and organizations that are interested in meaningful initiatives.
Depending on the project and available resources, needs may include:
Funding & Giving — Potential financial support where appropriate.
Volunteers & Participants — People willing to contribute their time and abilities.
Professional Expertise — Business, legal, accounting, technology, marketing, education, construction, healthcare, media, or other professional knowledge where appropriate.
Mission & Ministry Partners — Churches, ministries, missionaries, and Kingdom-minded organizations.
Business & Community Connections — Businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, community organizations, and local leaders.
Equipment & Materials — Physical resources that may help a project move forward.
Media & Promotion — Helping appropriate projects communicate their stories and reach more people.
Training & Mentoring — Helping project leaders strengthen their knowledge and leadership capacity.
Partnership & Collaboration — Connecting organizations and people who may accomplish more by working together.
The goal is not simply to ask:
“Who can fund this project?”
We also want to ask:
“Who can help this project succeed?”
5. 🌎 EXPLORE PROJECTS
DISCOVER PROJECTS. DISCOVER WAYS TO PARTICIPATE.
Fund My Project represents the project-leader side of the ecosystem.
Explore Projects represents the discovery and participation side.
As the Vision 20 ecosystem develops, approved projects may become discoverable so members, churches, ministries, businesses, professionals, volunteers, donors, organizations, and potential partners can learn about meaningful initiatives.
A project profile may progressively help people understand:
The Mission — Why does this project exist?
The Need — What challenge or opportunity is being addressed?
The People or Community — Who may benefit?
The Goal — What is the project trying to accomplish?
Current Progress — What has already been achieved?
Resources Needed — What would help the project move forward?
Ways to Participate — Give, volunteer, provide expertise, partner, promote, pray, connect, mentor, or contribute other resources where appropriate.
Impact & Updates — What progress and measurable results are being achieved?
The long-term goal is to create connections between meaningful projects and people who want to make a meaningful difference.

6. 📊 PROJECT IMPACT
FROM PROJECT ACTIVITY TO MEASURABLE IMPACT
A meaningful project should ultimately be able to demonstrate more than activity. It should progressively show what was accomplished and how people or communities benefited.
Where reliable information is available, project impact may include:
Progress Achieved
Resources Mobilized
Funds Received and Used, Where Applicable
Volunteers & Participants Engaged
Partnerships Developed
Activities Completed
People or Communities Served
Opportunities Created
Outcomes & Results
Stories, Photos & Updates
YOUR PROJECT DASHBOARD
As the Vision 20 system develops, the Project Dashboard can become a central place for project leaders to view and manage important project information, including:
My Project • Project Status • Progress • Updates • Resources • Partnerships • Next Recommended Actions • Reporting • Impact
Project leaders should provide accurate and appropriate updates so supporters and participants can better understand how a project is progressing.
BUILD TRUST THROUGH TRANSPARENCY
Trust grows when people can understand:
What was promised.
What resources were received.
What work was completed.
What results were achieved.
What still needs to be done.
Clear reporting can help strengthen credibility, accountability, relationships, and future opportunities.
Transparency builds trust. Measurable impact builds credibility.
