The Vision Impact Points system recognizes meaningful participation, leadership development, service, mentorship, training, and measurable impact within Vision Kingdom Builders. Points help recognize progress along the Leadership Journey and may qualify participants for recognition, leadership opportunities, training benefits, and other approved rewards.
Points recognize contribution and impact – they do not represent guaranteed income or a cash value.

Impact Points are one part of the Vision Builder Leadership Pathway. Advancement may also consider active participation, leadership development, training service, ethical conduct, good standing, qualified business activity where applicable, and the development of healthy, active teams.
Leadership advancement is never based solely on the number of people recruited or registered.

As Vision Builders grow in participation, leadership, service, membership, and impact, they may advance through the Vision Builder Leadership Pathway. Each level represents greater responsibility and greater opportunity to develop others and expand the vision.

IMPORTANT QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Point Milestones alone do not automatically guarantee advancement. Leadership levels may also require active participation, completion of applicable training, development of qualified leaders, ethical conduct, good standing, service or impact requirements, and other standards established by vision Kingdom Builders.
Leadership titles shown in this pathway are earned recognition levels. Official organizational positions – such as City Director, State Director, National Director, or Country Director – may be separately appointed by Vision Kingdom Builders.
Purchasing products, making donations or offerings, or recruiting people alone does not guarantee rank, rewards, income, or organizational appointment.

As Vision Builders grow through the Leadership & Impact Pathway, qualifying participants may receive recognition, development opportunities, leadership privileges, and other approved benefits.

BUSINESS REWARDS & COMPENSATION
Vision Builders who participate in approved business opportunities may also become eligible for compensation, incentives, or other business-related rewards based on legitimate qualifying business activity and applicable program requirements.
Business compensation is separate from Vision Impact Points and leadership recognition. Where licensing, certification, or other professional qualifications are required, participants must meet all applicable requirements before engaging in compensated activities.
As Vision Kingdom Builders develops its business programs, specific compensation plans, qualifications, incentives, and reward structures may be established for approved products and services. These programs will be governed by their applicable terms, compliance requirements, and compensation policies.
No income is guaranteed. Leadership rank, recruitment, donations, offerings, or Vision Impact Points alone do not guarantee financial compensation.
BUILD YOUR NETWORK & DEVELOP LEADERS
Vision Kingdom Builders grows through relationships, mentorship, leadership development, and multiplication. Every Vision Builder is encouraged to invite others to discover the vision, help new participants become active and engaged, and develop people who can eventually become leaders themselves.
As the network grows, Vision Kingdom Builders may track direct referrals, active Builders, total network growth, qualified leaders developed, leadership activity, and measurable impact. These measurements help recognize healthy growth and leadership development throughout the organization.

Network size is one measure of organizational growth, but leadership advancement is not determined by registrations alone. Vision Kingdom Builders values active participation, leadership development, service, integrity, training, healthy team development, and measure impact.

HOW YOUR VKB NETWORK IS TRACKED
Each approved Vision Builder may be assigned a permanent Vision Kingdom Builders identification number and referral code. When a new participation identifies the Vision Builder who introduced them, the referral relationship can be recorded as part of the growing VKB network.
Example: VKB-US-000001 refers VKB-US-000002 who later refers VKB-VN-000003
This system helps Vision Kingdom Builders recognize direct relationships, leadership development, network growth, and international multiplication while maintaining accurate organizational records.

YOUR VKB NETWORK
As Vision Kingdom Builders develops its member platform, approved Vision Builders may receive a unique permanent VKB identification number and access to authorized information about their own Builder Network.
Depending on their role and permissions, Builders may be able to invite new participants through their personal referral code or link, view their direct Builders, follow authorized network growth, track Impact Points and leadership progress, and access approved training and resources.
Access to another participants’s private contact information, financial information, giving history, purchases, unrelated networks, or other confidential information will not be provided merely because someone holds a higher leadership rank. Access will be limited according to legitimate organizational needs and appropriate permissions.
