Thank you for your interest in submitting a project for consideration. Vision Kingdom Builders uses a standardized project application process to help project leaders clearly present their needs, goals, budget, implementation plan, supporting documentation, and expected impact.

Churches, missionaries, church planters, ministries, nonprofit and community organizations, and qualified individuals may submit eligible projects for review. All applications should provide complete and accurate information and be prepared to provide appropriate verification and accountability documentation.

Please complete all required sections carefully. Incomplete applications may require additional information before they can be reviewed.

Please explain the need this project addresses and who will directly benefit from it

Explain the current situation, the problem facing the community, why the project is needed, and what may happen if the need is not addressed. Please be specific. Example: the residents currently obtain water, distance traveled, seasonal shortages, or lack of reliable clean water.
Describe the people, families, churches, schools, villages, or communities that will directly benefit from this project. Example: Families living in three rural villages, including children who currently travel long distances to collect water.
Please provide your best reasonable estimate of the number of people who will directly benefit from this project. Example: 150 people or 75 families/ approximately 300 people.
Explain why this project is important or urgent at this time. Describe any immediate challenges, seasonal conditions, safety concerns, humanitarian needs, or other circumstances affecting the community.

Section 4: Project Plan & Proposed Solution

Please explain how the project will address the identified need, what activities will be completed, and what results you expect to achieve.

Explain what you plan to do, how the project will solve or reduce the identified problem, and what will be accomplished when the project is completed. For example, for a Samaritan Well, you may describe the type of well, proposed location, drilling/construction work, water access, and how the community will use it.
List the major activities or steps required to complete the project. Please provide up to 5 major activities in the order they are expected to occur. Example on a Samaritan Well: 1. Confirm the well location and community needs. 2. Purchase materials and arrange equipment. 3. Drill or construct the well. 4. Install the pump and water-access system. 5. Test the water system and turn it over to the community.
Describe the specific results you expect from this project and how the lives of the beneficiaries or community will be improved.. Example: Approximately 300 residents will have more reliable access to clean water, reducing the distance families travel to obtain water and improving daily living conditions.

Please provide clear and current photographs and supporting documentation that help demonstrate the project need, location, community, proposed work, and estimated costs. Submitted materials may be reviewed before a project is approved for publication.

Information submitted for verification, including legal identification, is intended for private administrative verification and will not be displayed publicly as part of the project profile. If submitting certain identifying information through this form could place you or another person at risk,ย do not provide false information and do not submit information that may endanger anyone.ย Please indicate that confidential verification is needed so that an appropriate verification process can be arranged.

Project leaders whose projects are approved and receive support may be required to provide appropriate progress and completion documentation. This helps Vision Kingdom Builders and Global Missions Vision maintain accountability and communicative project impact responsibly to supporters and partners.
